We currently ship worldwide, primarily serving customers in North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. If your region is not within our standard delivery range, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange shipping.

Yes. We work closely with traditional artisans across regions. Each piece goes through dozens to over a hundred processes, all crafted by hand. Slight individual variations are part of what makes handcrafted objects uniquely beautiful.

We offer limited customization services. If you have a special request, please reach out via the contact form above or email us directly. We'll evaluate feasibility and provide a quote based on your needs.

Since each piece is handmade, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery (item must be in original packaging). Custom pieces are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.
