Product images are for reference only; the actual piece you receive may differ slightly from the photographs.

As each piece is handmade, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: • Return/Exchange Period: Within 7 days of receiving the item • Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged • Custom Pieces: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable Damaged Goods: If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will replace or refund the item free of charge. Return Process: Please contact us at yiyirushi@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item has a quality issue.
